Content Moderation Policy and DSA compliance

Last updated: 16 July 2026

1. Our approach to moderation

Mon hosts content published by users: profiles, photos, albums, stories, chat messages, communities (channels, group chats and galleries), meetups and services. We moderate that content to keep the community safe and in line with the Community Guidelines, combining:

2. Person and age verification

3. Notice and action mechanism (art. 16 DSA)

Anyone can report content that is allegedly unlawful or contrary to our rules:

So that we can act effectively, please include: an explanation of the reason, the location of the content (user, community, message or screenshot), and your contact details. We will confirm receipt and inform you of the decision taken.

4. Measures we may take

Depending on the seriousness: removal or restriction of the visibility of the content, warning, limitation of features, expulsion from a community, temporary suspension or permanent cancellation of the account, and, in cases of suspected criminal offence, notification to the competent authorities.

5. Statement of reasons (art. 17 DSA)

When we restrict content or an account, we inform the person affected of the decision and of its reasons: the type of measure, the facts and circumstances, whether the decision was based on automated means, the reference to the legal basis or clause of the rules infringed, and the available avenues of redress.

6. Complaints and appeals (art. 20 DSA)

If you disagree with a moderation decision, you can submit a free internal complaint for at least 6 months from the decision, by writing to monsocial@rodriguezstudio.es. It will be reviewed by qualified staff (not solely by automated means) and we will notify you of the outcome. Without prejudice to this, you retain the right to resort to out-of-court dispute settlement and to judicial proceedings.

7. Point of contact (arts. 11 and 12 DSA)

8. Protection against misuse

We may suspend, after prior warning, those who repeatedly publish manifestly illegal content or repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded notices or complaints.

9. Information and transparency

Francisco Rodríguez is a natural person. Where he qualifies as a micro or small enterprise, some DSA obligations laid down for larger platforms do not apply; in any event we apply the notice and action mechanism, the statement of reasons and the complaint handling described in this policy.
