Protection of Minors and Age Verification

Mon is a platform exclusively for people over 18. Protecting minors is an absolute priority and we apply zero tolerance towards any content or conduct that involves them or puts them at risk.

1. Minimum age

Registration and use of Mon are reserved for people who are 18 years of age or older. By registering you declare and warrant that you are of legal age.

2. Age and person verification

• At sign-up we ask for your date of birth and block the registration of minors.
• We offer an optional and free “real person” verification by means of a liveness check (blink, smile or head turn) that runs entirely on your device; we do not retain biometric data (see Privacy Policy). This verification is a trust signal, not a documentary identity check.
• We may apply additional age checks where there are indications that an account belongs to a minor, and request verification where required by the regulations applicable to adult content.

3. Adult content

Some communities may be marked as adult (18+) in theme. Pornography and explicit nudity are not permitted anywhere on the Platform, in accordance with store rules. The visibility of adult content can be adjusted in the app settings, and additional restrictions apply by default.

4. What we do if we detect a minor

• We immediately suspend and delete the account.
• We remove and, where appropriate, preserve evidence and report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities.
• We delete the minor’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. How to report

If you believe a minor is using the Platform, or that there is content that sexualises or endangers minors, report it immediately from the app or write to monsocial@rodriguezstudio.es. Reports relating to minors are handled with the utmost priority.

6. Recommendations for parents and guardians

Mon is not aimed at minors and must not be installed on their devices. We recommend enabling the parental controls of the operating system and the app stores (Apple Screen Time / Google Family Link) to prevent unauthorised downloads.
