Community Guidelines
Last updated: 16 July 2026
Mon is a space to meet people, share and meet up respectfully. These Guidelines are binding on all users and supplement the Terms and Conditions. They apply to all content: profile, photos, albums, stories, chats, communities (channels, group chats and galleries), meetups and services. Breaching them may lead to content removal, warnings, or the suspension or permanent expulsion of the account.
The essentials
Mon is only for people over 18. Be yourself, be respectful and keep the community safe.
1. Real people, authentic profiles
- Use your real identity and recent photos of yourself.
- Impersonating other people, creating fake or misleading profiles and using accounts for unauthorised commercial or recruitment purposes is prohibited.
- The “real person” badge is a trust aid, not a guarantee: stay cautious even if a person is verified.
2. No minors
- Any presence of minors and any content that sexualises them or puts them at risk is strictly prohibited. Child sexual abuse material is removed and reported to the competent authorities immediately.
3. Consent and respect
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination on grounds of race, ethnicity, origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity.
- Do not share intimate images of other people without their consent, and do not engage in “sextortion” or non-consensual distribution of intimate content.
- Do not send unsolicited sexual content, including in stories, chats or communities.
4. Prohibited content
- Violence, graphic content or content that glorifies harm.
- Promotion of illegal activities, drugs, weapons or self-harm.
- Spam, scams, pyramid schemes and requests for money outside the official payment features.
- Pornography and explicit nudity: pornographic images and explicit nudity are not permitted in profiles, public photos, stories, community galleries or meetups, in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play rules. Some communities may be marked as adult (18+) in theme; even so, content must comply with these rules and with those of the stores.
- Links to prohibited or malicious sites: the links you post may be moderated.
5. Communities: owners, moderators and members
- Whoever creates or moderates a community is responsible for keeping it within these rules and the law: they can approve requests, mute, ban, remove content and pin announcements.
- Members must respect the rules of each community and these Guidelines.
- Do not use communities to recruit, scam, spread spam or circumvent Mon’s moderation.
6. Safety and money
- Never ask for or send money to other users outside the official payment features (meetups and services handled by Mon/Stripe).
- Be wary of anyone who avoids calls or video calls, is in a hurry to take the conversation outside the app, or asks you for personal or financial details.
- See the Safety Tips.
7. Responsible meetups and services
- Meetups and 1:1 services are organised, provided and attended at your own responsibility. Respect others, comply with the law and prioritise your safety.
- If you offer services, describe truthfully what they include and comply with your legal and professional obligations.
8. How to report
If you see something that breaches these rules, report it from the profile, chat, story, community or meetup, or write to monsocial@rodriguezstudio.es. We review reports and act in accordance with the Moderation and DSA Policy. You can also block anyone at any time.
9. Consequences
Depending on the seriousness and any repeat offences, we may: remove content, limit features, issue warnings, temporarily suspend or permanently expel the account. Moderation decisions can be appealed as described in the Moderation and DSA Policy.
