In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society
Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identifying details of the owner of
the Mon application and of the rodriguezstudio.es website are provided:

2. Purpose
This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the rodriguezstudio.es website
and the Mon mobile application (hereinafter, jointly, the “Platform”). Use of the Platform
confers user status and implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice, in
the Terms and Conditions and in the
Privacy Policy.
Mon is a social application for adults that allows you to create a profile, meet other people, post photos and stories, communicate via chat, create and take part in communities, organise or attend meetups and events, offer or book individual services, and browse third-party events. Use of the Platform is restricted to people over 18 years of age.
3. Conditions of use
Users undertake to make lawful, diligent and appropriate use of the Platform, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice and the rules set out in the Community Guidelines. Use of the Platform for unlawful purposes, or in ways that may damage, overload or impair the Platform or prevent its normal use by other users, is prohibited.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Platform (including, by way of example, the software, the design, the “Mon” trade mark, logos, texts and other elements) belong to Francisco Rodríguez or to third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
Content published by users remains their property, without prejudice to the licence of use they grant to the Platform under the Terms and Conditions.
5. Advertising and affiliate links
The Platform may display advertising to users who do not have an active Premium subscription, served by external providers (Google AdMob). The Platform may also include affiliate links to third-party services (for example, the sale of event tickets through Ticketmaster), for which the owner may receive a commission at no additional cost to the user. The owner is neither the organiser nor the seller of such third-party events.
6. Disclaimer
The owner is not responsible for:
- The use that users make of the Platform, nor for the accuracy of the information, profiles, communities or content published by third parties.
- The interactions, communications, meetups or services that take place between users, which occur under their sole responsibility. We recommend following the Safety Tips.
- The content, availability, prices or policies of third-party events and services linked from the Platform.
- Damages arising from technical faults, service interruptions or causes beyond its control.
The owner reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Platform for maintenance, security or update reasons.
7. Third-party links
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites or services (for example, payment gateways, app stores or ticketing platforms). The owner neither controls nor is responsible for the content or policies of such third parties.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, unless the applicable consumer legislation establishes another mandatory jurisdiction in favour of the consumer user (who may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence).
