How do the 3 free days work?
The weekly plan starts with a 3-day trial: you use all of Premium without paying and, if it’s not for you, cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
How is the subscription managed?
The subscription is managed through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). The weekly plan includes 3 days free; then you choose between weekly (€3.99), monthly (€9.99) or 6 months (€49.99). It renews automatically and you can cancel anytime from your store account settings — no lock-in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings — no lock-in. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I switch plans later?
Of course. Every plan unlocks exactly the same features, so you can move between weekly, monthly and 6-month whenever you want from the store.
How do I get paid for my community’s tickets?
You enable payouts with Stripe from the app (a Premium feature with an active paid subscription) and the money from every sale goes straight to your account, with a 4% app fee. You get a per-event revenue dashboard and manage any refund requests.
Are event tickets separate?
Yes. Premium and paid event tickets are two different things: tickets are processed securely by Stripe and Mon does not store your card details.
